Our Brescia-based foundry has been transforming brass into reliable and innovative technical solutions since 1974.

We combine passion and expertise to achieve great technical results: customised, certified and safe brass components.

Our story began with a clear vision: to become the partner of choice for brass die casting.

Despite the deep crises and transformations in the foundry industry, we have survived and grown thanks to our direct relationship with our customers and continuous investment in technology and training. Today we manage the entire production process within our own facilities measuring over 10,000 square metres. We only use energy from renewable sources and work with certified alloys from selected European suppliers to ensure the highest quality and safety.

1974

Founding of the Strambini and Boroni Foundry

After a brief interlude as artisans in Gussago, the two partners Virgilio Boroni and Fiorenzo Strambini bought a piece of land in Gambara at auction and founded the company, starting with a 2,500 square metre warehouse.

1982

Company expansion

The business grew and a new warehouse was opened. The covered production surface area increased from 2,500 to 5,000 square meters. The number of induction furnaces also increased from 3 to 5.

1991

Third warehouse

The company expanded further with a third warehouse. The covered area reached 10,000 square metres and the number of induction furnaces increased to 10.

2015

MI.GA.L.

After decades of close cooperation, MI.GA.L. srl became part of the capital of Strambini and Boroni.

2025

Photovoltaic system installation

A 1.4 MWp photovoltaic plant was installed for the production of clean energy for self-consumption, covering more than 25% of the foundry’s energy needs.

Continued growth

Strambini and Boroni continues its evolution by investing in innovation, sustainability and organisation to constantly improve its brass die casting services.
